Pumpkin French Toast

Well, I'm slowly getting better. I'm recovering from my surgery and my cold is slowly going away (thanks a bit to Aleve-D!) My entertainment is TV, scrapping, and naps. Love those naps, LOL! I started thinking about the holidays that are quickly approaching ~ Thanksgiving, Josh's birthday, and Christmas. Before I know it, I'm going to have to remember to write a new year on my checks! I don't know why that is always a struggle for me, ha! Anyway, in anticipation of the upcoming holidays, here's a recipe for Pumpkin French Toast. (Click the card for a larger image.)
